Last November, I had the pleasure of putting on my very first Fall Supper Club! The event was such a labor of love and one that had been a dream of mine almost since the very beginning of my plant-based journey. Sharing my passion for this lifestyle and how much it means to me is one of my favorite things to do, and finding ways to spread that within my community makes me overwhelmingly happy.
Before I go on, I have to say thank you so much to everyone who came to the event, let me geek out on you about why I love plant-based food, and for sharing in such a special evening. It truly meant the world to have you all there. And another big shoutout to everyone involved including my husband and brother-in-law who served as our awesome bartenders, my mom and mother-in-law for helping cook and serve, and my fellow plant-based foodie friend Rachelle for the countless time we spent together planning, prepping, dreaming and cooking!

Our beautiful flowers came courtesy of the wonderful Mum's Flowers! They completed our Autumn inspired table settings perfectly.
Our delicious three-course menu started off with a massaged kale salad including apples, hazelnuts and dried cranberries, followed by a lentil curry stew with sweet potatoes and kale served over quinoa, finished off with a pumpkin spice date bar with coconut milk ice cream, date caramel and pecans. Guests also got to take home a bag of homemade pumpkin spice granola!
Vegan deviled potatoes, butternut squash hummus and roasted beet hummus were my favorite appetizers offered to guests upon arriving.
